WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE II

JOB PURPOSE

As a Warehouse Executive II, you would typically hold a mid-level position in the warehouse management hierarchy, responsible for overseeing various aspects of warehouse operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

4. Material Handling: Supervise material handling activities, including loading, unloading, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for material handling equipment and procedures.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate warehouse staff, including supervisors, team leaders, and frontline workers. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to develop team members' skills and enhance performance.
6. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, condition, and integrity of incoming and outgoing materials. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
7. Customer Service: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers to fulfill orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
8. Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to warehouse operations, such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and labor productivity. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
9. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs within the warehouse. Implement continuous improvement initiatives, lean principles, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
10. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and industry standards governing warehouse operations. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to legal requirements related to storage, handling, and transportation of goods.
