JOB PURPOSE
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Oversee all fleet operations, including maintenance schedules and compliance with regulations.
Manage departmental budgets for maintenance, repairs, and operations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless vessel coordination.
Develop safety protocols and provide leadership and training on safety procedures.
Cultivate relationships with suppliers, regulatory agencies, and industry partners.
Foster team development, accountability, and continuous improvement among crew members.
QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in maritime studies, naval architecture, marine engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
