KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as team Lead to ensure all deliverables are met;
Perform timely Schedule Analysis / Critical Path Network Analysis;
Provide regular forecasting of project schedule including key milestone;
Identify progress bottlenecks and upcoming delays
Identify delay causes, impacts and propose action plans;
Identify Changes from Contract requirements;
Follow-up and interface with various stakeholders;
Lead schedule review meetings with project team;
Mentoring and development of planning team subordinates;
Ensures the timely development, compilation and issuing of project reports related to schedule and progress;
Attend all scheduled project meetings (Internal & External).
QUALIFICATIONS/CERIFICATIONS
Degree in relevant Engineering discipline; from a recognized Higher Learning Institution
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Possess minimum of 8-10 years working experience as Project Planner in Oil & Gas Upstream – Fabrication, Transportation & Installation & HUC; with at least 3 years working experience in EPCIC, EPCC, PCC and PC projects
Primavera P6 Certification (Advance / Intermediate Level)
Proficient in Primavera P6 (Advance / Intermediate Level);
Proficient in MS Office Software such as Excel, Word & Power Point;
Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English;
Possess good interpersonal skills and able to interact with various stakeholder internally and externally;
Possess ability to supervise and train subordinates;
Possess good problem-solving skills, time management and resourceful;
Willing to work under tight deadliness and have strong passion in developing a career as Planning Engineer / Planner;
Attention to detail and good analytical skills; able to analyze, interpret and present data findings;
Must be able to read Engineering drawings.
Able to perform Schedule Risk Analysis will be added advantage.
