The role leads the planning and delivery of corporate disclosures, including financial results, annual reporting and regulatory announcements, while ensuring full compliance with listing requirements. It also plays a central role in supporting investor communications, managing shareholder messaging and overseeing the Company’s corporate responsibility agenda.

Internally, the role serves as a strategic advisor to Corporate function leaders, driving effective leadership communications, employee engagement and organisational alignment. The Senior Manager is also responsible for proactively managing reputational risks, strengthening media relationships and driving the Company’s sustainability agenda through corporate social responsibility initiatives.
