JOB PURPOSE
Oversee financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Ensure smooth running of all aspects of financial, accounting and administration functions of the company.
2. Controlling month end accounts closing processes, reviewing all balance sheet accounts.
3. Ensure timely and accurate preparation / submission / delivery of Monthly Management Report, Annual Tax Returns and Annual Year End Accounts.
4. Preparation / coordination / filing with tax agent on annual tax estimate, tax revision and annual tax computation and filing.
5. Delivery of annual budget and forecast as required.
6. Management of annual statutory audit and ISO audit processes.
7. Manage all legal matters and regulatory / statutory compliance / banking enquiries.
8. Reviewing adequacy of controls and processes and implementing improvements.
9. Prepare monthly investment reports and execute trades upon instruction.
10. Perform any ad-hoc tasks required by the Management.
QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting or professional accounting qualification.
