JOB PURPOSE

This role supports the organisation’s culture change journey by helping to strengthen the way “Our Way” is embedded, experienced and sustained across the organisation.

The focus is on culture enablement, embedment and engagement. This includes managing culture-related platforms such as People Pulse and the Culture Portal, coordinating culture content and activities, gathering real examples of “Our Way” in action, and helping employees understand how culture shows up in day-to-day work. 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Culture Communications – Communicate culture and change priorities in a clear and engaging way.
  • Our Way Storytelling – Develop relatable stories and examples that showcase Our Way in action.
  • Culture Engagement – Support culture huddles, campaigns, leadership updates, and key culture activities.
  • Culture Portal – Maintain and refresh the Culture Portal to drive employee engagement.
  • People Pulse Content – Manage and publish accurate, relevant, and timely People Pulse content.
  • Communication Support – Provide communication and editorial support for employee updates, campaigns, and engagement activities.
  • Strategic Communications Coordination – Work with Strategic Communications to ensure key communications are aligned with brand and corporate standards.
  • Employee Feedback – Manage and coordinate employee questions, ideas, and feedback for timely follow-up.
  • Insights & Improvement – Monitor engagement and feedback to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Digital & Innovative Communication – Use digital tools, creative approaches, and AI to strengthen communication and employee engagement. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Communications, Corporate Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Employee Engagement, or a related discipline. 
  • Professional certifications in Change Management, Employee Experience, Organisational Development, Strategic Communication, Digital Marketing, or Project Management (e.g., Prosci, SHRM, CIPD, PMI) are an added advantage.
  • Relevant experience in culture transformation, employee engagement, internal communications, change management, or organisational development is preferred. 

 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, culture enablement, organisational development, internal communications, or change management.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating employee engagement programmes, culture initiatives, and internal communication activities.
  • Experience managing digital engagement platforms (e.g., Viva Engage, SharePoint, or similar) and collaborating with stakeholders to drive culture and engagement initiatives. 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS / COMPENTENCIES

  • Clear written and verbal English, with the ability to prepare simple drafts, briefs and updates with reasonable independence.
  • Structured thinking, good judgement and attention to detail.
  • Strong coordination skills and comfort working across stakeholders.
  • Curiosity to understand how culture is experienced on the ground.
  • Discipline in following templates, workflows, checklists and brand/editorial guardrails.
  • Positive, adaptable and solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Digitally comfortable, with openness to using tools and AI responsibly.
  • A good eye for layout and clarity is helpful, but professional design or production skills are required.
