SENIOR ENGINEER, PLANNING

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Engineering Degree

Relevant Experience

• Preparation L5 planning for project & campaign execution.
• Shall have at least 5 years’ hands-on experience on using Primavera P6 planning software in the offshore Oil and Gas Industries.
• Relevant experience in offshore TMM and Brownfield for Topside Facilities.

• 8 years

Min. Yrs. In similar capacity or position

• 5 years

PROFESSIONAL SKILL

• Familiar with ASME, design codes and standards, oil and gas industry constructionpractices, development of project execution document.
• Member of BEM is preferred

RESPONSIBILITY

• Shall be accountable for the performance and deliverables of the Planning Engineers.
• Shall be the focal point to analyze the performance records and recommend the revisions on the COMPANY norms.
• Shall ensure the accuracy and quality of the planning packages prepared by the Planning Engineers.
• Shall ensure the latest project key dates incorporate in the Workpack as per the latest COMPANY's work program (Integrated Barge Schedule).
• Shall integrate multi activities/scope planning and produce integrate planning as requested by COMPANY.
• Shall liaise with KPI Coordinator to analyze the WORK performance.
• Shall participate in COMPANY constructability, HAZID review, IPOP, risk assessment and meeting.  Shall supervise Planning Engineer I/II and assigned the work.
