SECURITY OFFICER III

A. RESPONSIBILTY & ACCOUNTABILITY  

• Monitor and guard company entrances and protect company properties and personnel against any potential security risk. 

• Check and inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles to prevent unauthorised item(s) from entering and leaving the company compound. 

• Check and scrutinize personnel entering and leaving company compound to ensure valid authorisation is given. 

• Conduct routine patrol around the company compound to ensure no thieving activities.  

• Detect and report any personnel misconducts to ensure company rules and regulations are adhered. 

B. AUTHORITY 

• N/A 

C. MINIMUM JOB FUNCTION 

• Escort and/or convoy transportation or individuals to specified locations to ensure the safety of the transported item(s) and/or individual. 

• Attend toolbox meeting to gain important and latest updates of the yard that may lead to breach of company rules and regulations. 

• Inform, report and record of daily activities and irregularities to Security Officer or Manager to prevent potential security risks. 

D. HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) 

• Familiar with all HSE rules & knows what to do in the event of an emergency. 

• Stop / intervene and report any unsafe act, unsafe condition and incident immediately.
