QUALITY ENGINEER (LEAD)

JOB PURPOSE

Lead Quality Engineers oversee a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the overall quality of manufactured products. They create test plans, implement quality standards, and provide training to improve product quality.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals responsible for ensuring product quality.

 Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify that finished products meet client requirements and quality standards.

 Develop and implement quality standards and procedures to maintain consistent product quality.

 Conduct internal audits of processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

 Provide training on new product quality standards and procedures to members of the quality control and production team.

 Ensure that manufactured products meet client requirements and specifications.

 Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

 Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including test results, audits, and corrective actions.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

 Identify and resolve quality-related issues to prevent product defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
