JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Supervise and coordinate technical activities in oil and gas production, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Monitor equipment performance and maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency.
Conduct inspections and audits to identify and fix issues promptly.
Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
Oversee technical projects like upgrades and repairs.
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful completion.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for resources and services
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain equipment reliability.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical operations.
Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
