JOB PURPOSE

The HRIS Manager leads the strategy, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s HRIS, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and other critical HR systems. This role is responsible for ensuring that HR technology supports the HR team’s goals, enhances system performance, optimizes processes, and delivers valuable insights through data analytics. The incumbent will lead HRIS projects, manage system upgrades and enhancements, ensure data integrity, and collaborate across HR, IT, and external partners to deliver seamless HR solutions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Strategy: Define and execute the overall HRIS strategy, governance framework, and system roadmap aligned with HR and business objectives.
  2. Project Management: Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and budget to achieve successful outcomes.
  3. Product Knowledge: Provide functional leadership across SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, PMGM, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, Learning, and other related modules. Collaborate on SAP Payroll processes and apply basic payroll knowledge to ensure seamless integration with SuccessFactors
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR Operations Excellence teams, HR users, IT teams, external vendors, and product principals to ensure HRIS solutions align with HR strategy, support business processes, maintain system performance, and drive successful implementations.
  5. System Optimization: Lead process optimization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
  6. Product Enhancement: Manage the enhancement pipeline, prioritize requests, and allocate resources based on business value.
  7. System Governance: Govern system configuration, data integrity, security, reporting, and compliance.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through system optimization, reporting, automation, training, and change management communications.
  9. Ensure Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR systems by conducting regular audits and validation.
  10. Change Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to technical challenges, scope, resources, and change adoption.
  11. Support: Establish and manage AMS support structures and centralized helpdesk operations to ensure service excellence.
  12. Documentation: Establish and oversee documentation governance to ensure user guides, project documentation, system configuration workbooks, UAT scripts, and knowledge articles are comprehensive, properly maintained, enabling effective knowledge management and operational continuity.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is a plus

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an HRIS managerial or team lead capacity, overseeing system operations, enhancements, and stakeholder delivery.
  2. At least 6 years of experience managing SAP SuccessFactors, including involvement in at least 2 full-cycle projects.
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes (hire-to-retire) and HR best practices and advise HR stakeholders on the effective design and implementation of processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
  4. Hands-on experience with leading HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors. Knowledge of SAP Payroll is an added advantage.
  5. Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to diagnose system issues, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvements.
  6. Excellent communication and proven ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system solutions.
