JOB PURPOSE

The post holder will be responsible to coordinate and drive project delivery for SAP SuccessFactors modules including integration to other systems and change management across VTEB group wide.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

For all:
Knowing, improving, driving and enforcing the Company rules as published in TMS.
Maintaining full compliance with mandatory training requirements, including Code of Conduct related.
Monitors administration to established standards and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies.
Safety of the workforce.
 
Position specific:
Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges
Identify improvement opportunities to achieve stakeholders’ desired business outcomes and manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the SuccessFactors implementation
Define to-be stage of processes, procedures, organisations, capabilities, solution application requirement and performance measurements
Develop deployment and enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve ‘to-be’ stage effectively
Manage and conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes
Provide level 1 and 2 support to business users within SLA
Liaise with Group IT support teams including external IT consultants
 

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

Recognized degree qualification preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience as implementation project manager or team member with at least 2 project experience
Understanding of how SAP SuccessFactors work – knowledge in integration with SAP FI/CO/PS is an advantage
Familiarity with HR business processes and practices – knowledge in payroll is an advantage
Ability to design and drive changes for business process and organisational change
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
