JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Execute commercial and marketing initiatives in line with defined business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Assist in preparing sales tools, pitch decks, and tender or proposal support documents.
  • Provide commercial and administrative support for key customer accounts and sales initiatives.
  • Manage the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, events, and social media, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product launches, sales objectives, and customer requirements.
  • Lead a team of commercial fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and differentiate the company's offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend adjustments to ongoing initiatives.
  • Support the Commercial Manager in coordinating workflows and tasks within the commercial team.
  • Mentor junior team members or interns on specific tasks where applicable.
  • Actively develop commercial, analytical, and communication skills through on‑the‑job learning and exposure

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
