JOB PURPOSE
The Manager, Total Rewards & Performance is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization's total rewards and performance management strategies to attract, motivate, reward, and retain high-performing talent. The role ensures that compensation, benefits, performance management, recognition, and incentive programs are competitive, equitable, financially sustainable, and aligned with the organization's business objectives and people strategy. The incumbent partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, and external consultants to deliver market-competitive reward programs, drive a high-performance culture, ensure governance and compliance, and provide strategic insights through workforce analytics.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement the organization's Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Review and recommend compensation & benefit structures to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Lead periodic salary and benefit benchmarking and market surveys.
- Design and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, job grading frameworks, and remuneration policies.
- Review compensation, benefit and performance philosophy and recommend enhancements based on market trends and organizational needs.
- Support executive remuneration reviews and Board remuneration matters where applicable.
- Manage annual salary review, promotion, and increment exercises.
- Lead annual bonus planning and incentive payout processes.
- Administer short-term incentive (STI), long-term incentive (LTI), retention, and recognition programmes.
- Conduct pay equity and salary competitiveness analyses.
- Develop and continuously improve the organization's performance management framework.
QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Performance Management.
- Experience supporting multinational or regional organizations.
- Experience managing annual remuneration reviews, incentive schemes, and executive compensation.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and Board Committees is an advantage.
