IT DEVELOPER

JOB PURPOSE

IT Developer role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring the seamless integration of digital technologies across the organization. The ideal candidate with be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digitalization and transformation projects, capable of reducing manual work and improving processes via automation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide guidance with process design.
• Identify, evaluate, and test automation workflows to streamline business operations.
• Solid knowledge and build experience of Power Platform, Power Apps solutions, Power Automate Flows and Power Automate Desktop Flows (RPA) capabilities.
• Good understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Online and build integrations with other data platforms.
• Basic understanding of RPA solutions.
• Create process and end-user documentation.
• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
• Work with SME with from cross-functional to define and deliver business impacting projects.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into tehcnical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business process

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Phyton, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net
