JOB PURPOSE

To provide efficient and professional support in the delivery of Human Resources services, including recruitment, employee administration, learning and development, and HR operations. The role is responsible for ensuring timely execution of HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment legislation. The incumbent is also expected to support continuous improvement initiatives and develop the knowledge and skills required for a well-rounded HR career.

 
 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding.
  • Prepare employment documents and maintain recruitment records.

2. HR Services & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters and support employee lifecycle processes.
  • Respond to employee enquiries on HR policies and procedures.

3. Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programmes, registrations and logistics.
  • Maintain training records and prepare training reports.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Support HR audits, probation confirmations and contract renewals.

5. HRIS & Reporting

  • Update employee information in the HRIS.
  • Prepare routine HR reports and ensure data accuracy.

6. General HR Support

  • Assist in employee engagement activities and HR projects.
  • Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internship or industrial training experience in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, HR practices and employment lifecycle is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organisational, coordination and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Relevant internship or industrial training experience in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
