EXECUTIVE I, PROJECT RISK & IMPROVEMENT

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Risk Engineer to support project risk management activities across the tendering and project execution lifecycle. The role is responsible for facilitating risk assessments, maintaining project risk registers, monitoring mitigation actions, and supporting project teams in managing risks and opportunities to improve project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments during tender and project execution phases, including quantitative risk analysis where required.
• Facilitate risk workshops with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize project risks and opportunities. 
• Maintain and monitor project risk registers, ensuring risks are regularly reviewed and mitigation actions are effectively implemented. 
• Coordinate periodic project risk reviews and engage risk owners to ensure timely updates and reporting. 
• Support project teams in developing and implementing Risk Management Plans (RMP). 
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation controls and recommend improvements where necessary. 
• Provide risk management support and guidance to project stakeholders in accordance with established project management procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project risk management practices and tools.

Requirements

1) Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Candidates from other disciplines with relevant risk management experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in EPCIC, Offshore EPCI, T&I, or project delivery environments.
• Prior experience in project risk management or project controls will be an added advantage.
