Onshore

  1. To understand and be conversant with Subsea Inspection, Repair & Maintenance (IRM) project, manual, related documentation & execution inclusive of project preparation activities, mobilization/demobilization, data recording & compilation, final report preparation & submission.
  2. To learn and show understanding of company and/or department policies, manual, procedures (in server and TMS), daily operation requirement and process and subsea equipment(s) required for offshore operation(s).
  3. To assist Report Coordinator, Data Recorder, Project Engineer and/or Administrator to prepare workpack, draft/final report, procedure, manual, document and/or equipment for project (onshore and offshore) and office.
  4. To assist Report Coordinator, Data Recorder, Project Engineer and/or Administrator for preparation and execution of mobilization, demobilization and/or other activities in office and other location as required.
  5. To meet the target as stipulated in Key Performance Index (KPI) / Company Quality Objective
  6. To maintain and ensure readiness for offshore mobilization or outstation assignment at any time required by Company
  7. To maintain and ensure all offshore-related document/certification (medical, sea survival, international passport, and others) are valid and available. Must be aware on expiry date of document/certificate and be pro-active in preparing required document & obtaining approval from superior and HR.
  8. To maintain good housekeeping of working area.
  9. Adhere to Company and Client QHSE & general rules and regulations.

Offshore

  1. To learn and able to show understanding, under guidance from Report Coordinator and/or Data Recorder, on offshore & project operation which includes but not limited to vessel, diving, ROV, survey, subsea IRM and construction work(s).
  2. To learn and able to show understanding, under guidance from Report Coordinator and/or Data Recorder, on conducting subsea IRM which includes but not limited to video commentary, data recording into datasheet/system and video recording.
  3. To learn and able to show understanding, under guidance from Report Coordinator and/or Data Recorder on type, function, setting up, proper usage and maintenance of inspection & related equipment.
  4. Assisting Operation Superintendent, Report Coordinator and/or Data Recorder with necessary project documentations not limiting to (Daily Operation Report, Minutes of Meeting, Dive Plans, Project Progress plans, Daily updates, timesheet(s), Requisition Form, Equipment Movement Order/Manifests, On & Off Hire Certificates)
  5. Assisting Report Coordinator and Data Recorder with preparing, populating and compiling offshore documentation such as datasheet, video log, anomaly report, preliminary report and draft final report. 
  6. Assisting Report Coordinator and Data Recorder to ensure equipment (company owned and rental) are taken care off, inventoried and calibrated. 
  7. Adhere to Company and Client QHSE & general rules and regulations.
  8. Participate in Company and Client QHSE program(s).
