JOB PURPOSE
The post holder will be responsible to coordinate and drive project delivery for SAP SuccessFactors modules including integration to other systems and change management across VTEB group wide.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Knowing, improving, driving and enforcing the Company rules as published in TMS.
Maintaining full compliance with mandatory training requirements, including Code of Conduct related.
Monitors administration to established standards and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies.
Safety of the workforce.
POSITION SPECIFIC
-Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and support business needs analysis activities.
-Support identification of improvement opportunities to enhance HR processes and system usage.
-Contribute to defining future-state (to-be) HR processes, procedures, organisational structures, and system requirements.
-Support development and execution of deployment and change management activities for HRIS initiatives.
-Participate in system implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring tasks are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
-Provide Level 1 and Level 2 HRIS support to business users within agreed SLA, escalating complex issues to senior team members or IT support teams.
-Liaise with Group IT teams and external vendors under supervision to ensure system issues and enhancements are resolved effectively.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
-Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, preferably with exposure to implementation or support roles.
-Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules; exposure to integration with SAP FI/CO/PS is an advantage.
-Familiarity with HR processes and practices; payroll knowledge is an advantage.
-Ability to support process improvement and change activities within HR systems.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business Administration
