JOB PURPOSE

  • Plan and coordinate mobilization of all offshore personnel.
  • Prepare and review crew pre-mobilization checklists.
  • Coordinate chopper bookings, crew changes, and standby mobilization, including logistics, flight bookings, and documentation.
  • Liaise with third-party contractors, subcontractors, Client Platform RO, Kerteh Chopper Planner, Engineers, HQ, and Logistics Coordinators on manpower and mobilization matters.
  • Verify crew certifications and PPE compliance and manage competency/OSP card applications.
  • Review and process crew mobilization and change requests from internal engineers and clients.
  • Prepare manpower contracts, assignment letters, and ensure all manpower requests by PMT/clients are fulfilled.
  • Maintain and update crew databases, master lists, and manpower loading.
  • Manage manpower records, including certificate validation (BOSIET, medical, SSW, etc.) and training arrangements
  • Prepare and review timesheets, handle payslip distribution, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide on-site coordination at Kerteh Airport and KSB Port as required

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties.
Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crewing staff, including Air Tickets, Visa application, hotel accommodation, etc.
Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents).
Assist on all crew issues.
Perform data entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team and department.
Preparation of crews payroll.
Any other duties as instructed by the Assistant Crewing Manager/Crewing Manager

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Hands on knowledge in mobilization of personnel and crew change
  • Processing the OSP
  • Compilation of outbound / inbound passenger manifest
  • Assist on managing documents related to warehouse & logistics
  • Attend and support any ad-hoc activities assigned by the PPSB Representative for PPSB operations at KSB and KTSB
  • 3 years minimum years’ experience in Oil/Gas or Petrochemical Industry
  • 3 years minimum years in position
  • Familiar with oil and gas industry personnel safety practices and crew change activities
  • Computer literate
  • Familiar with requirement of certification and qualification of manpower according to work trade
